Starting something new and making changes can often come with a sense of trepidation. Our coaching method eases you into those changes step by step and we work at a pace you’re comfortable with to ensure the process is as easy, and enjoyable, as possible.

Yes. Once the baseline goals & habits are established, we can begin to fine tune to reach your specific goals.

All check-ins are completed via the app on your allocated check in day, giving you flexibility to fit it into your day, at a time that suits you.

A small set of scales for food weighing at home is encouraged; it removes a lot of the “guesstimation” that can occur. Depending on your preferred level of coaching/tracking, a food tracking app is also a handy tool (free versions are usually really useful and adequate for most clients).

We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months. This gives us time to establish goals, develop patterns & really get to know you. From there the choice is yours. We are here for as long as you need us and if you decide to take a break from coaching, you can always return at any time.

Once you get started and embrace your new habits you may be surprised how much you can actually eat! Filling meals don’t have to be calorie dense; on the flipside small, processed items are often higher in calories. By reducing processed foods and filling our diet with nutrient dense whole foods, we are providing our body with the energy it needs to get through each day while still keeping the feelings of hunger at bay.

We recommend getting the all clear from your GP before starting anything new. Our coaching method and nutrition guidelines don’t involve excluding food groups or eating anything to extremes so in most cases we will still be able to work together.

The diet industry is flooded with fads and quick fixes that just don’t work. Knowing what to do and which method to follow can be confusing and exhausting. Our plan brings it back to basics – simple wholefoods, lots of fruit and veggies, high quality protein sources. A realistic diet free of restrictive and overbearing rules that works with you and for you to hit the weight, health and fitness results you’ve been looking for.

You will receive guidelines, absolutely, and these will change over the course of course coaching journey but we won’t tell you exactly what to eat at every moment. By providing you the information and tools to create balanced, nutritious meals, we are setting you up for success long after the coaching has ended.

Daily movement is always encouraged for general health, wellbeing and mental health. If you are interested in combining your nutrition coaching with training, we can help.

Sure can! We will guide you to creating meal plans that cater for your dietary requirements, and general likes/dislikes. When you enjoy the food you are eating, it’s much easier to stay on track!

Depending on your goals, experiences, and lifestyle, we will set daily targets and teach you how to track and hit those goals. If you are interested in specific calorie and macro goals we can provide those guidelines. If you would prefer a simpler approach we’ve got you covered there too.
