Our training programs are designed to allow you to work out at your convenience while still getting the results you want. Complementing our expert nutrition coaching and advanced body composition scans, our personalised training plans ensure that every aspect of your wellness journey is supported. We provide the tools and guidance you need to succeed—whenever and wherever works best for you.

training programs

  • "GO" PROGRAM

    A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program for athletes to hit at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. The only equipment needed is a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope.

  • "FLEX" Program

    A full-body bodybuilding program with a focus on aesthetics and bringing the burn. The goal of FLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress! Five days/week, approx. 60-70 minutes per session.

  • "FLEX EXTRA" program

    The full Flex program with the addition of a functional strength component. Five days/week, approx. 90 minutes per session.

    All training programs are delivered via an app. Results can be recorded to measure progress.
