Hey, I’m Kate!

Let me introduce myself.

I’m a nutrition and fitness coach, a menopause support coach, a partner, a mum, a friend and a business owner. I’m an average singer and a worse dancer. I love people and also downtime alone. I’m a helper, an over-thinker and a lover of accents.

After many years in the hospitality industry, both as an employee and running my own business, I delved into the world of fitness and very quickly fell in love with it. I learned that fitness and nutrition are a partnership unbroken - like Sandy & Danny, Johnny & June, Kermit & Miss Piggy - and I started to immerse myself in further education about both.

As a coach there is nothing better than seeing my clients achieve milestones they didn’t think possible in the form of progressions and PBs but most importantly confidence and self belief.

I’ve been overweight and unfit, but also super lean and crushing it; I’ve loved my body but also hated it; I’ve tried all the fad diets looking for a “quick fix”, used all the excuses and also just settled in for long term sustainable change.

Most recently, I hit perimenopause. Despite everything I know about nutrition and training, suddenly I cannot travel this journey without tripping, stumbling and missing my flight. 1 star review. Would not recommend. I’m through the worst of it now and mainly back on track. So I’m on a new mission to help other women reclaim their lives.
